Job Summary:

We are looking to add a Junior Technical Support in Changsha, China within our EM Labs team.

What You'll get to do:

• Answer questions from other teams, like external, other develop team, integration team, etc.,;
• Answer questions from Email and Jira;
• Monitor stage/prod status;
• Maintain our deployment board;
• Maintain integration list, operator configuration information etc.,
• Maintain and send the release note;
• Check stage/prod status after new version has been deployed at stage/prod;
• Maintain the developer documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and us.

Requirements:

• Above 1⁺ years of practical experience in Web Testing;
• Solid in REST API testing;
• Functional, regression, usability, and GUI testing;
• Requirements review and analysis;
• Practical experience in Agile/Scrum development processes;
• Knowledge of bug tracking tool(s) and process (JIRA);
• Understanding web-application and browser functioning principles;
• Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles;
• Experience with Postman/Fiddler;
• Have willing to learn new technologies;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills;
• Fluent in reading and written English;
• Good spoken English is a plus.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in Scrum and delivering working tested software in each iteration;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Applied Mathematics;
• Basic knowledge of programming language (Java, JS, Python);
• Any background related to Sports Book, Sports Betting applications, Player and Transactions Management platforms, ERP applications;
• Fast learner.
