Account Growth Manager

We are looking to for a dedicated Account Growth Manager to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!
We are looking for a strategic and growth-driven person to accelerate revenue from our existing customers equipping our Account Managers with the needed leads, information and/or analysis that generate cross-sell and upsell initiatives. You’ll work closely with Account Management, CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to expand account value, improve product adoption, and contribute to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Operations and will act as the key person generating cross sell and upsell initiatives ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and sales strategies, overseeing three main activities:
Customer analytics
- Conduct client analytics to identify cross-sell and up-sell potential, collaborating with Account Management and Sales teams
- Deeply understand and trigger revenue growth conclusions from the customer needs, usage patterns, feature deployment and business goals
- Deliver ready to use reports and profiles guiding the account management team on the growth initiatives
- Define cross-sell and up-sell strategies, aligning with business priorities
Lead proposal
- Develop and implement growth strategies, aligning sales initiatives with client retention and revenue growth goals
- Integrate reports/profiles in the CRM solutions for an end-to-end experience
- Establish CRM workflows and reporting structures for tracking opportunities.
- Pitch and be ready to present the proposal to the Account Manager, answer questions
- Recommend data-driven client engagement strategies
Follow up and Collaboration
- Determine key metrics to measure success and optimize cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Measure the acceptance and revenue growth according to the agreed KPIs ensuring these initiatives are prioritized and effectively executed
- Create tailored pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials to support sales teams in engaging clients.
- Coordinate Product Teams with Sales Teams to deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics; CRM or analytics certifications are a plus.
- 3–5 years in account management, revenue growth, or related roles.
- Understanding of iGaming or B2B SaaS market dynamics.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute growth strategies.
- Experience in expanding revenue streams through cross-sell, upsell, and new product adoption within existing accounts.
- Experience in leveraging client data and analytics to identify high-value cross-sell opportunities.
- Ability to define and refine account growth methodologies that increase retention, customer engagement, and total contract value.
- Skilled in CRM workflows, lead qualification, and client analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM management and data-driven sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to uncover growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and sales enablement experience.
