About the Job:
EveryMatrix is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Director to lead and drive our commercial strategy. This is a key position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in scaling the company’s presence globally while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and educate potential prospects on EveryMatrix products and services.
- Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
- Set revenue targets and oversee their achievement in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments to meet business objectives.
- Represent EveryMatrix at key industry expos, trade shows, and conferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance visibility and credibility in global markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the iGaming, software, or technology sectors.
- Strong track record in business development, strategic sales, and revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the global iGaming landscape and emerging market trends.
- Ability to travel internationally for business events and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
