We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and hands-on Managing Director to lead the expansion of our business into Latin America. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of our regional growth strategy, with a direct impact on shaping EveryMatrix’s presence and success in a high-potential market.
As a Managing Director, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing a comprehensive, tailored strategy that positions EveryMatrix as a standout player in Latin America’s competitive landscape. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our business in the region by establishing key partnerships, and accelerating sales growth.
Working closely with our global leadership team, you’ll ensure that EveryMatrix is positioned for success at every step of the journey. From high-level strategic planning to the hands-on execution of market entry plans, your role will be pivotal in guiding the company as we navigate new business opportunities, regulatory landscapes, and customer relationships across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Latin America strategy and Go-to-Market plan. Your focus will be on creating a clear go-to-market plan that sets EveryMatrix up for success across the market.
- Lead the licensing process and build regulatory relationships. Establish strong, productive relationships with key regulators, facilitating smooth market entry and long-term operational success.
- Conduct due diligence and address regulatory challenges. Ensure that every step taken complies with local laws and minimizes risk to the business.
- Identify and approach key customers. Foster long-lasting relationships with these key accounts, driving sales and expanding our customer base.
- Work with our product teams to shape the right offerings for the region.
- Build up our presence in local media, events, and industry circles.
- Work with other departments across the company to align goals and support the regional business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar commercial or business development role.
- Experience within the B2B iGaming industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of market research and how to apply insights to business strategies.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and plan for long-term growth.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Familiarity with software development and web technologies is beneficial.
- A self-starter who is curious, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working across different business areas and adapting to change
