Junior IT Analyst
Job Summary:
Every Matrix is seeking a skilled Junior IT Analyst for our Technology department in Bucharest. Successful Junior IT Analyst demonstrates competency in data visualization, statistics and curating data for decision making.

We are looking for recent graduates to be a part of the Technology department, work closely with our Group CTO and the other managers in the department.
This is an opportunity in which you will be trained on the industry, company and our work; plus get assignments on business analysis and project management. Successful candidates will be put on track to become future project managers within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost allocation under supervision.
- Work with the team to gather data for financial reports.
- Help create basic reports using Excel or other tools.
- Learn to interpret data to support decision-making.
- Attend meetings and assist in follow-ups.
- Provide support in creating operational business information.
- Assist in basic research and analysis for projects.
- Help monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Support teams in basic information tool development.
- Learn to ensure information accuracy across products and clients.
- Take on simple organizational tasks as needed.
- Assist in process improvements related to procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a strong proficiency in Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost allocation principles.
- Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn data analytics.
- Organizational skills with the ability to assist in creating reports.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
- Familiarity with basic office software (Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of different IT technologies (CDNs, hardware, software, etc.)
