Technical Product Manager
EveryMatrix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between the infrastructure team and other departments, ensuring that infrastructure projects align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for infrastructure projects.
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value, technical complexity, and resource constraints.
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the infrastructure team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on technical matters, providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and user manuals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops to align infrastructure projects with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security principles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT service management and ITIL framework.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
