EveryMatrix is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager for our office in Lviv/Kyiv.

This role is ideal for someone who aspires to excel in project management within the dynamic iGaming sector. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving projects to success, working in collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Successful candidates will immerse themselves in the company business while constantly providing guidance for the stakeholders and engineering team as well  will work in fast-paced, tight deadlines, highly rewarding Agile environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with different teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals. 
• Manage various stages of the project lifecycle, emphasizing timely delivery and quality. 
• Implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Use strong communication skills to convey project goals, updates, and outcomes to all stakeholders. 
• Ensure projects adhere to predefined timelines and meet set objectives. 
• Foster a collaborative team environment and address challenges proactively. 
• Engage in client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professional representation of EveryMatrix. 

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management. 
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. 
• General understanding of the technical aspects of projects.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is advantageous. 
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. 
• Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple projects. 
• Fluent in English (level B2-C1+). 
• Ability to work from the EveryMatrix office in Lviv is a plus.
