We are looking for a passionate and dedicated ML Engineer to join our team in Lviv/Kyiv!

About the job:

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop models that support analytics, automation, and prediction tasks. You'll be involved in the full ML lifecycle — from data exploration and feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring—building scalable solutions in a high-impact domain.

The ideal candidate for us has strong ML fundamentals and hands-on experience building robust pipelines and production-grade solutions.

What You'll get to do:

• Design, train, and deploy ML models (fraud detection, behavioral modeling, recommendation systems)
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training/inference (structured & unstructured data)
• Support CV and tabular ML models with production-grade stability
• Perform EDA, experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation
• Collaborate with product/backend teams to integrate ML features into production
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and implement retraining strategies
• Contribute to evolving a scalable, modular internal ML stack

What You need to know:

• ~2 years of hands-on experience in applied ML (preferably in production)
• Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch) and SQL
• Solid ML knowledge: feature engineering, model selection, optimization, evaluation
• Familiar with recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, embeddings, ranking)
• Exposure to CV (CNNs, object detection, multimodal learning) is a plus
• Experience with ML Ops/backend tools (Airflow, FastAPI, Docker, GCS)
• Curious about user behavior, fraud analytics, and personalization
