We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Change Manager join our team in Lviv!
About the job:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Change Manager to support production and infrastructure activities within the CasinoEngine organization.
In this role, you will work closely with senior Change Managers, development teams, infrastructure specialists, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure that production changes are properly planned, documented, coordinated, and executed in a controlled and safe manner.
You will contribute to the change management process by coordinating activities, facilitating communication across teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and monitoring change execution. While you play an active role in ensuring smooth delivery, responsibility for technical decisions, infrastructure design, and final approval of production changes remains with senior Change Managers and technical owners.
This role is a great fit for someone who takes initiative, is not afraid to ask questions, and actively follows up to get the answers needed. We value people who speak up, challenge ambiguity, and think in a structured, logical way about how systems and processes connect.
You will regularly engage with engineers and stakeholders across the organization, so confidence, curiosity, and persistence are essential to succeed in this role.
What You'll get to do:
Coordinate production changes, migrations, and switch-overs under the guidance of senior team members.
Prepare and maintain change documentation and implementation plans.
Ensure required approvals and information are collected before production activities.
Communicate with development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams during change execution.
Monitor production activities, track progress, and report issues, blockers, and delays.
Share status updates on planned and completed change activities.
Participate in technical discussions to better understand infrastructure and production processes.
Follow change management processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
What You need to know:
English level: B1 or higher.
A proactive approach - you follow up without being reminded, and you flag problems early rather than waiting for them to surface.
Confidence in communication - you are comfortable asking direct questions, pushing back, and speaking up in discussions with technical and senior colleagues.
Logical, analytical thinking - you can break a complex change into steps, spot dependencies and gaps, and reason about what could go wrong.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn technical and operational processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Basic understanding of IT systems, software delivery processes, and production releases is an advantage.
Bonus points for knowledge of: Kubernetes, GitLab, Kibana, SQL/MySQL.
Here's what we offer:
