Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are hiring a Product Programme Manager to run scoping and delivery across Platform, Sportsbook, Casino and Payments. The architectural direction is set. Your job is to work with the operational, compliance and product people inside the business, stress-test that direction against what they actually do day-to-day, and translate it into a coherent backlog the engineering teams can pick up. This is not an open-ended discovery role.
Key Responsibilities:
Run scoping workshops with domain SMEs, operational stakeholders and compliance specialists, and turn the output into functional specifications engineers can build from.
Take the architectural direction as your starting point. Where the evidence supports it, carry it forward; where it doesn't, come back with a concrete, evidenced alternative. Push for resolution rather than letting things drift.
Manage a busy stakeholder group - senior people who are simultaneously running our live commercial platform. Earn their trust, push back when you need to, and turn what they know into specifications without flattening it.
Produce delivery-ready specifications that line up with the programme's architectural standards and technical decisions. Maintain the macro-level backlog in Jira and coordinate with engineering leads on prioritisation and sequencing.
Report to the Steering Committee. Monthly status, risks, decisions. Raise things early.
Use AI tooling as part of the day job. This is an AI-first programme. You will use Claude Code (or equivalent) in your everyday work - drafting specifications, synthesising workshops, analysing options. We are not hiring people who intend to learn this; we are hiring people who already do it.
Key skills:
Track record delivering complex, multi-domain platform programmes in fintech, payments, iGaming or other regulated industries.
Background in iGaming, sports betting, or casino platforms (PAM, Payments, Sportsbook, Casino). Familiarity with UKGC, MGA, or equivalent regulatory environments. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows in a production context.
Bias toward shipping. Scoping has to converge - this is a defined phase with a handover to engineering at the end of it. We are not looking for someone whose instinct is to keep widening discovery.
Strong workshop facilitation, business process mapping, and writing specifications that engineers can build from without going back over the same ground.
Able to win trust quickly with senior domain experts, and equally able to tell them and us things they may not want to hear when the evidence calls for it.
Comfortable enough technically to talk to architects and engineers about microservices, APIs and event-driven systems, and to challenge a design without writing the code yourself.
Experience with the human side of platform replacement: resistance, fear of automation, and the politics of changing systems people have built careers on.
