We are looking for a dedicated Senior BI Analyst to join our team in Romania, Bucharest!

About the job

Analysis of data from all company Business Units for investigations, validations and business logic improvements.

What You'll get to do:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Examine data sets to draw meaningful conclusions, identifying trends and patterns in complex data.

• Design processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.

Reports Implementation:

• Build complex reports from existing databases to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in designing and implementing systems for data collection and end-user reporting.

Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requests, gather requirements, and document specifications.

• Control, analyse, and communicate approved changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Process Improvement:

• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and overall effectiveness of BI processes.

What we’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science. Information Management or similar.

• A minimum of at least 5 years in a similar role (or a relevant position in a related field).

• Passion for data and its fundamental ability to create value.

• Proven experience in data analysis.

• Knowledge of SQL Databases and Query Creation.

• Experience using Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Detail oriented and inquisitive.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think abstractly beyond basic data requirement.

• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences.

• Excellent time management and organizational ability.

• Strong team player that is willing to always help other team members.

• Good handle on working under pressure.

• Proficiency in English.
