About the job:
DataMatrix is a part of EveryMatrix Platform that is responsible for collecting, storing, processing and utilizing hundreds of millions of transactions from the whole platform every single day. We develop Business Intelligent solutions, reports, 3rd party integrations, data streaming and other products for both external and internal use. The team is in Lviv.
What You'll get to do:
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements, conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
Analyse and specify requirements to acquire a complete and unambiguous understanding of the stated and implied needs, document functional and non-functional requirements, craft comprehensive Agile documentation that includes Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Trace, prioritize and maintain requirements to support full requirements life cycle, assess impact of requirements changes.
Identify risks, assumptions and constraints and outline business impact while analysing existing and future solutions.
Create UML, BPMN and other diagrams to visually support specifications, use case scenarios.
Manage development backlog, organize backlog items by sequencing them according to defined priorities and dependencies to ensure the most valuable features are delivered in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with software development, QA and other teams for ongoing requirements clarification to ensure accurate implementation.
Work closely with UI/UX experts to conduct UX analysis and provide support in prototyping and wireframing.
Prepare meeting notes as an output of the meetings with stakeholders and development teams.
Provide guidance during the integration phase, including user training, change management, and post-implementation support.
What You need to know:
At least 3 years of experience in any of the following: product management/ ownership or business analysis.
2+ years of experience in any transactional model for the iGaming industry.
Communication and negotiation skills; presentation skills with a business analysis/ SWOT focus; ability to reason with stakeholders and prove that a certain approach benefits the product; ability to converse with Software Development teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks/ objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
Ability to work across a wide range of different projects at the same time in an efficient manner within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in identifying industry leaders, compiling feature comparisons with positive differentiators and creating specifications that achieve the same or better results.
Demonstrate a passion for continuous Product Improvement.
High levels of commitment and responsibility.
Interest in and knowledge of the latest technology and trends.
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to see a job through to conclusion.
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate business cases and analysis into tangible outcomes.
Ability to determine development priorities, balancing strategic goals and short-term tactical developments, taking into account resource limitations.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Technical background experience is considered a plus.
