We are looking for a dedicated Integration Manager to join our team in Bucharest!
You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of client integrations and software solutions within the iGaming and sports betting space. This is a delivery role with full ownership of client integrations from project initiation through go‑live and post‑deployment support. You will work closely with international clients, internal development teams, senior stakeholders and third‑party vendors, managing multiple integrations in parallel and ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
What You'll get to do:
Client and Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients during the integration lifecycle
Build strong, long‑term relationships and ensure client requirements, priorities and expectations are aligned
Manage senior stakeholder expectations
Delivery and Project Management
Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post‑go‑live support
Manage multiple concurrent integrations and delivery streams across distributed teams
Define scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with internal business units
Create and maintain delivery plans, schedules and budgets, tracking progress against agreed baselines
Ensure integration and development work meets agreed quality and compliance standards
Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, proposing practical and creative solutions
Ensure delivery governance, reporting and project administration are accurate, timely and consistently maintained
Apply a data‑driven approach to delivery, using metrics to track performance and inform decisions
Coordinate and manage third‑party vendors and external delivery partners
Actively contribute to the Integration Management community by sharing knowledge, re‑using best practice and driving delivery efficiencies
Champion lean‑agile ways of working and continuous improvement
You will have the confidence and maturity to educate, inspire and challenge colleagues, demonstrating strong leadership, collaboration and coaching skills in a fast‑paced technology environment.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience delivering complex software or iGaming integrations on time and within budget
Strong hands‑on experience applying lean‑agile delivery approaches in software development
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client‑facing B2B environment
Experience working with globally distributed engineering and delivery teams Ability to lead, motivate and influence without direct authority
Experience managing third‑party vendors and external technical partners
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Desirable
Experience in iGaming, betting, payments or regulated B2B platforms
Project, programme or agile certifications such as PMP, MSP, Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
