We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Operations Specialist to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia!

What you'll get to do:

• Leads and optimizes operational processes and cross-functional initiatives.

• Monitors performance indicators, identifies risks and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinates complex operational activities and ensures delivery within timelines and quality standards.

• Works closely with management to align operations with business priorities and growth objectives.

• Identifies process inefficiencies and implements optimization and automation initiatives.

• Supports planning, prioritization and resource allocation across operational activities.

• Provides guidance and knowledge sharing to junior and mid team members.

• Oversees operational documentation and ensures consistency and knowledge transfer.

• Prepares and presents operational insights, risks and recommendations to management.

• Supports people-related initiatives, team efficiency and retention.

What You need to shine:

• Strong experience in operations, delivery, coordination or project environments.

• Experience optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• High level of autonomy, accountability and ownership.

Here's what we offer:

• A salary of 3.000 EUR (gross/brutto1).

• Work from the office with occasional possibility of remote work.

• Sliding work schedule (start anytime between 8:00 to 10:00 am).

• Start with 23 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 33 days by your fifth year with us.
