About the role:
The Head of Managed Services & Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s managed services function while also driving the overall marketing strategy. This role combines operational excellence, client service leadership, and strategic marketing to ensure high-quality service delivery, strong customer retention, and consistent brand growth.
What you’ll get to do:
Managed Services Leadership:
Lead and develop the Managed Services team to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient service delivery.
Own service performance metrics (SLA, CSAT, NPS, retention, upsell).
Design and improve service processes, onboarding, and account management frameworks.
Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and strategic clients.
Ensure profitability and continuous improvement of managed service offerings.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
Lead demand generation, campaigns, content, and digital marketing.
Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline growth and deal enablement.
Own marketing KPIs (MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, ROI).
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations on growth initiatives.
Translate customer insights into product and service improvements.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
Build, mentor, and scale both teams.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in Managed Services, Customer Success, Marketing, or related leadership roles.
Proven track record in service delivery management and marketing strategy execution.
Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and retention.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in B2B / SaaS / IT services environments is a strong plus.
