We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Casino Customer Support colleague to join our team in Bucharest!
What you need to shine:
- Good written English skills (mandatory);
- Great communication skills;
- Active listener;
- Internet browsing is no mystery to you and knows all the shortcuts;
- The technical aspects of the activity are fun for you;
- Previous experience in the gambling industry is a plus;
- Ability to follow documented procedures and logical thinking;
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve;
- Highly organized, focus capacity;
- Team spirit;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to communicate technical problems concisely and professionally.
What you’ll get to do:
- helping our clients via e-mail and live chat using our ticketing system;
- checking data in internal and external back-offices to identify and solve issues;
- testing casino games on clients’ websites to check for issues and understand game rules;
- editing email templates and sending email campaigns to our clientsl
Other info:
- Even though the position is entry-level, you can grow as fast as your results. Our defined career path offers good opportunities for the right person; with a good level of progress your first promotion can be as soon as three months away.
- The work schedule is from 9:00-17:00, 17:00-1:00, 5 days/ week in shifts. You will be required to work on weekends, but you will receive two days off within the working week. More details about the working schedule will be provided during the interview;
