About the job:

In the Delivery Lead role you will oversee the delivery of projects and feature initiatives by leading, mentoring, and supporting the Project Managers team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational excellence.

What You’ll get to do:

• Monitor and report on all delivery items across projects and initiatives, providing accurate status updates, risks, and risk management initiatives to the COO and leadership team.
• Establish and maintain standardized reporting processes, ensuring all delivery reporting is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Provide oversight and coordination for delivery-related stakeholder communication by guiding and supporting the Project Managers in their interactions with internal teams (Product, Development, Account Management, Integrations, Business Units) and external parties (clients, partners).
• Ensure that escalations, priorities, and expectations are consistently managed and aligned at a team level.
• Proactively identify and address delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
• Support external Business Unit communication, ensuring project timelines and delivery commitments are transparent and achievable.
• Drive collaboration between teams to ensure smooth handovers, proper documentation, and efficient project execution.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, introducing best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
• Identify, drive, and lead initiatives within the delivery team (e.g., process improvements, automation, reporting optimization, cross-team collaboration practices) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality, ensuring that improvements lead to measurable results.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated reports, presentations, and demos for management and stakeholders when required.
• Act as a coach for Project Managers within the team, supporting their professional growth and ensuring strong performance within the delivery team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in delivery management, project/program management, or operations leadership, preferably in technology, iGaming, or digital platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional delivery teams and complex project portfolios.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining composure and focus under pressure.
• Experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or organizational change.
