We are looking for an Senior Integration Manager to join our team in London!
Salary Range: from £75,000 to £85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
About the job: We are looking to add an Integration Manager with a real passion for Technology and Project Management to our awesome Integration Management team in London in the ever-expanding world of iGaming and Sports betting where you will oversee the delivery of software products and solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, internal development teams, senior stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure that project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of Clients during their Integration phase (project, change requests, support tickets), maintaining regular communication and ensuring that their needs and requirements are clearly understood and met
- Take ownership of the full project life cycle from inception to deployment and post- deployment support.
- Concurrently manage multiple projects
- Work closely across Business Units to define and track project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and ensure that development work meets quality standards
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans to identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies and creatively propose solutions to challenges
- Manage all project and non-project processes that directly or indirectly impact delivery
- Managing stakeholder / management expectations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure their work is aligned with project goals and standards
- Ensure project reporting and admin is up to date and project status and reporting is always accurately maintained
- Oversee team rota and track holidays, as required
- Apply a data driven approach to delivery
- Actively participate in the broader Integration Management team, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice, and driving efficiencies. Requirements:
- A demonstrable track record of delivering gaming software projects on time and within budget
- Experience of applying Lean-Agile project management in software development
- Experience of running multiple globally dispersed teams
- Ability to lead, oversee, motivate and manage people in a Technology environment
- Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present to various departments and stakeholders, and ensure expectations are aligned.
- Managing 3rd Party providers and technical development resources.
Desirable:
- Project Management, Programme Management and/or Lean-Agile certification e.g. PMP, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Certified Scrum Master
