We are looking to add an Operations Deputy Manager to our team in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of projects within the Business Unit and at the Group level.
- Regularly check KPIs and detect abnormal trends that can’t be detected automatically. As you gain deeper understanding of the system, suggest new KPIs.
- Add new operators in Grafana, create dashboards and panels, review patterns, and create alerting systems.
- Achieve a thorough understanding of the root cause of any incident through post-incident reviews, ensure teams address these incidents effectively, and report on the elimination of such issues.
- Share statistics about OddsMatrix incidents and other topics with different Business Units and OM Management.
- Document how specific incidents or inquiries should be handled, enabling the Incident Teams to fix some incidents without developer intervention.
- Provide regular and accurate management reporting.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking, ability to work independently, and a drive to come up with solutions.
- General knowledge of sports is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving expertise and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance at various stages of product development.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical background is considered a plus.
