We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Casino Technical Account Manager to join our team in Lviv/Bucharest!
About the job:
We are looking for a Casino Technical Account Manager to enhance our collaboration with clients by providing expert technical support, resolving issues efficiently, guiding integrations and support upselling CasinoEngine products. This role will act as a key liaison between EveryMatrix and our customers’ technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. The Technical Account Manager will also work closely with internal Business Units (BUs) and Account Managers to drive client success and optimize product performance of the CasinoEngine products.
What You'll get to do:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to EveryMatrix’s Casino product.
- Guide clients through integration processes, providing expert advice on best practices and technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth client experience and alignment of business goals.
- Work with various internal BUs, including Development, Product, Operations, and Support teams, to facilitate issue resolution and enhancements.
- Investigate complex technical issues, leveraging tools such as ELK, Swagger, and internal monitoring systems.
- Own the technical and solution-related aspects of customer relationships, ensuring that technical challenges are proactively managed and addressed.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and recommendations to help clients maximize their use of EveryMatrix products.
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and EveryMatrix product developments to provide informed support.
What You need to know:
- Technical background is a must – a strong understanding of software development, integrations, and troubleshooting methodologies with a practical experience not less than 2 years.
- Deep knowledge of integrations – experience with API-based integrations and complex system interconnectivity.
- Expertise in EveryMatrix Casino product or a strong ability to learn and master it quickly.
- Experience with technical tools, such as ELK, Swagger, Postman, and monitoring/logging systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with proficient English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing issues and improving client satisfaction.
- Experience working in the iGaming industry or with SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external teams.
