About the job:

This role will be working with Fantasma Games studio at EveryMatrix. The Product Owner is the champion of our game production, much like a director is to a movie. We are seeking a Product Owner with a vision for the next generation of casino games, who can take end-to-end ownership of the production.

*Our recent games—Gold Pigger, Vulcan’s Gold, and Shadow Summoner Egypt—have been topping the charts, and we are at the beginning of an exciting journey to become a major studio in the iGaming industry. You will collaborate with Math and Art Lead during pre-production to establish the full vision for the game. You will oversee daily development, review progress, and give feedback to the team during production. You will also demo the game to the commercial team and directly to operators to secure the best opportunities for the game.

As a Product Owner, you will make a lot of key decisions for the game and be the "go-to" person in more ways than you can imagine. Your knowledge, leadership, passion, and attention to detail will be fully utilized.

What you'll get to do:

• Conceptualize Game Ideas: Develop engaging slot game concepts.
• Game Vision Creation: Define the overall vision and ensure it aligns with our game design philosophy.
• Game Design Documentation: Create comprehensive game design documents and organize production.
• Production Oversight: Supervise math, art, music, development, and delivery to ensure smooth team operations.
• Game Flow Excellence: Collaborate with the team to deliver snappy and punchy game flows.
• Leadership & Decision-Making: Set direction, prioritize tasks, and make critical decisions throughout production.
• Market Analysis: Research, play, and study slot games to stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Game Presentation: Act as the interface between the production team and the commercial team.
• Release Facilitation: Coordinate with the operation and compliance teams to facilitate game releases.

What You need to shine:

• Passion for Games: A deep love for gaming with strong analytical skills - Previous iGaming experience needed.
• Expert Slot Game Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of slots from mechanical, psychological, mathematical, and visual perspectives. You should know what players will feel about the product and why it will succeed.
• Cross-Functional Expertise: Ability to work across all aspects of the product—math, development, art, music, compliance, marketing, and sales.
• Big-Picture Perspective: Proven ability to operate effectively at both team and studio levels, considering the larger strategic goals.
• Strong Communication and Organization: Excellent skills in presenting visions, plans, and feedback, while adapting effectively to inputs from others.
• Proactive and Accountable: Willing to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
• Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with casino game regulations and jurisdictional requirements.
• Developer and math background are preferred.
