We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
As an Account Manager for GamMatrix, you will become the internal and external commercial representative of the product, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments and with clients. GamMatrix is a highly flexible and scalable iGaming platform, combining player account and wallet management, fraud detection and prevention tools, responsible gaming features, and in-depth reporting.
You will act as the key link between GamMatrix and other internal teams such as Account Management, Sales, Delivery and Operations. Additionally, you will maintain direct communication with clients, participate in client calls, explore upsell opportunities, and foster collaboration to drive mutual growth.
What you'll get to do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EveryMatrix Key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Participate in client calls to understand their business goals and identify upsell and collaboration opportunities.
- Proactively address client concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Represent GamMatrix internally, acting as the central point of communication for cross-departmental teams (EveryMatrix Key Accounts, Sales, Delivery, and Operations).
- Facilitate effective communication with product teams, ensuring client needs and priorities are understood and met.
- Work with clients to optimize their ROI across GamMatrix products and services.
- Manage operational issues affecting service delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Help the delivery team collect, verify, and prioritize clients' technical and non-technical requirements for new product features.
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.
- Ability to demo product and features to clients.
- Review and analyze data to identify usage trends and insights.
What you need to shine:
- Have a good understanding of IT&C solutions, especially on Player account, wallet management, fraud detection and prevention tools, responsible gaming features, and in-depth reporting.
- Solid understanding of the online gambling industry.
- 3 years in customer-facing positions (client services, sales…) with at least 1 year in Account Management for Saas or IT company offering Player Account Management or Full platform services.
- 1-3 years in iGaming industry.
- Experience working with key functions in an online business such as marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
- Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)
