We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated Senior Sales Manager to our team in Yerevan!
What You'll get to do:
- Identify new opportunities within the online gambling industry to introduce and sell EveryMatrix Affiliate products and services;
- Engage and educate prospects about EveryMatrix Affiliate products and services;
- Work across the entire product suite based on organizational prioritization;
- Negotiate offers and contracts directly with potential new and existing clients;
- Suggest and improve go-to-market strategy and value proposition for the target markets;
- Maintain and nurture good relations with EveryMatrix prospects and ensure that the CRM is updated accordingly
- Work closely together with other members of the sales, marketing, technical, Legal and support teams;
- Attend the most relevant expos, conferences & networking events where deemed necessary and keep up to date with all industry publications;
- Keep abreast of all industry, compliance and regulatory developments in the product area.
What You need to shine:
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
- 3+ years of sales experience within B2B iGaming is essential,
- Proven experience in the negotiation of strategic contracts and building key partnerships.
- Strong proven track record with Tier 1 sales;
- Good organizational skills;
- Impeccable timekeeping;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field would be nice to have.

- Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
- Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
- Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
- Support for New Parents:
- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, exceeding the mandatory 18 weeks, with the flexibility to work from home full-time if returning to work before your child turns 1 year old
- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
