Junior Corporate Administrator

Junior Corporate Administrator Responsibilities:
- Administrating an external information management software platform for an employee share scheme (from the early implementation stage), maintaining, organizing, and planning work in connection therewith, as well as making sure that the portfolio of beneficiaries is in good standing, including:
- Updating computerized records
- Managing documents (data entry, scanning, filing etc)
- Liaising with the external service providers on beneficiaries-related or other corporate matters
- Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of know-your-client procedures
- Acting as a first point of contact in employee share scheme related matters, including handling day-to-day beneficiaries’ requests via e-mail
- Supporting the preparation and upkeep of the Maltese companies’ statutory registers
- Providing assistance to the corporate legal team in daily administrative tasks / ad hoc corporate administration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in similar role (2 years experience)
- Digital literacy, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of the organisation and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and work colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a team with a “can do’ attitude.
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get a job done to a high standard and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A previous experience withing corporate services will be considered an asset
Whilst prior experience in a similar position is required, on the job training will be provided to persons with the right skills and attitude.
Work Life Balance:
- 40% work from home, over any 3-month period (can work one month per quarter abroad)
