Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Passion, enthusiasm and a great desire to learn are absolutely mandatory;
Around 2 years experience in recruitment (the more, the better) – IT related preferably;
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology is preferable;
A fantastic grasp of the English language;
Tech savvy (true passion for technology and IT);
Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law;
Team player (working well within a team, capable of interacting and understanding other employees);
Excellent communication skills (written, telephonic and live);
Diplomatic and kind;
Open-minded and flexible.

Work-Life Balance:

• 33 days off per year, including public holidays, rising to 43 by year 5 inside the company
